Der „Bindung von Anfang an'-Podcast ist ein psychologisch fundierter Podcast, der sich an Schwangere, Eltern von Babys und Fachpersonen (wie Hebammen, Ärzte, Sozialpädagogen u.a.) richtet. Wir werden hier spezifische Bindungsthemen aus der Zeit der Schwangerschaft, für die Geburt und das Babyalter erarbeiten. Du bist hier richtig, wenn du wissen möchtest, wie sich die Zeit der Schwangerschaft auf unser gesamtes Leben auswirkt und was Bindung damit zu tun hat. Dabei gehen wir auf die Pränatalpsychologie (pränatal = Zeitraum der Schwangerschaft) und ihre Erkenntnisse ein. Ein Schwerpunkt wird hier auch die Bindungsheilung sein, nach z.B. traumatischen Geburten, Trennung nach der Geburt oder anderen speziellen Umständen wie Schwangerschaft nach Fehlgeburten, Frühchen auf der Intensivstation und mehr. Wir werden hier verschiedene Herangehensweisen sowohl für die Verarbeitung der Mutter und des Babys vorstellen. Mittlerweile hat sich der Begriff der „Babytherapie' gut etabliert. Welche Möglichkeiten es hier gibt und wie die Verfahren genau funktionieren, werden wir in verschiedenen Folgen vorstellen. Es soll dabei nicht nur die Mutter-Kind- Bindung im Vordergrund stehen, auch die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten der Vater-Kind-Bindung von Anfang an werden erläutert. Bindung ist ein breiter Begriff. Es gibt viele denkbare Konstellationen spezieller Umstände, die es notwendig machen, Bindung zu heilen, zu intensivieren und zu unterstützen. Da es uns selbst sehr betrifft, werden wir auf die Besonderheiten von Bindungsaufbau zu nicht leiblichen Kindern eingehen. Das betrifft in den meisten Fällen Adoptivfamilien, Pflegefamilien und (wie wir es sind) Erziehungsstellen. Auch hier beschränken wir uns auf das Babyalter. Um für ein besseres Verständnis zu sorgen, wird immer wieder auf Bindungstheorie eingegangen. Dabei lernt ihr, was Bindung im klassischen Sinne bedeutet, welche Bindungstypen es gibt und was bei einer gestörten Mutter-Kind-Bindung passiert. Vor allem liegt der Fokus auf der Vermeidung einer Bindungsstörung oder deren Verarbeitung. Ein sehr allgemeiner Bereich, der für jeden Zuhörer interessant sein dürfte, ist die Erarbeitung einer Selbstanbindung. Dafür schauen wir, wie wir die eigenen Bindungsmuster erkennen, überprüfen, anerkennen und gegebenenfalls loslassen können. Denn unser Bindungsverhalten spiegelt sich in der Beziehung zu unseren Kindern (aber auch in allen anderen Zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen wider). So wie wir Bindung „gelernt' haben, geben wir diese an unsere Kinder weiter. Das nennt sich transgenerationale Bindungsvererbung. Daher ist es oft der Schritt bei sich selbst zu schauen, wo man beim Thema Bindung und Urvertrauen steht. Es ist schon längst bekannt, dass es nicht egal ist, wie wir geboren werden, wir unsere Kinder schon in der Schwangerschaft prägen und gerade die ersten Jahre entscheidend für die gesunde Entwicklung eines Menschen sind. In all diesen Bereichen spielt Bindung auf die ein oder andere Weise eine wichtige Rolle. Unsere Vision ist es, dass jedes Kind von Anfang an den nur besten Start ins Leben ermöglicht bekommt. Alles, was es dafür braucht, ist die bedingungslose Liebe seiner Eltern und eine unterstützende und bedürfnisorientierte Umgebung. Damit diese starken Menschen unsere Gesellschaft bereichern. more
