What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

How secure is my payment?

All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information never touches our servers. All payment processing is done by our credit card processor, Stripe. When you enter the credit card details, they are sent directly to Stripe over SSL. Read more about Stripe's security policies on their site.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your free week. You can cancel at any time prior to the renewal.

Can I change plans or cancel my account later?

You can cancel your account at any time. You can switch your subscription from monthly to yearly or from yearly to monthly anytime.

The cost of your current month's subscription will be adjusted to your next billing cycle.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial, during which you’ll need to provide your credit card details. However, no charges will be applied until after the trial period ends.

You can cancel your trial at any point, ensuring your card remains unbilled

Note that certain features, such as list exporting and contact viewing, are not accessible during the free trial. If you require these features sooner, you have the option to end your trial early.

How does the quota work?

Each time you click the "View Contact" button of any podcast, you have used one podcast credit from your quota.
(suppose if you start with 500 podcast credits and view 100 unique podcast contacts, you will have 400 podcast credits remaining.)

Each time you export a list of podcasts, the number of podcast credits used will equal the number of podcasts in the list.
(suppose if you export a list with 400 podcasts, 400 credits will be used.)

Is there limit on number of searches?

If you have an active subscription, there is no limit on the number of searches you can perform.
During the free trial, there is a limit on searches, with each search result restricted to 25 podcasts.

How does quota work in monthly plan?

Each month, the selected monthly plan's podcast credits will be added to your account.
(The Monthly Pro Plan provides 500 podcast credits, while the Monthly Business Plan provides 2,000 podcast credits.)

Unused podcast credits will carry over to the next month.
(for instance, if you have the Monthly Business Plan with 2,000 credits and use only 1,000 credits, the remaining 1,000 credits will be added to your account for the next month, provided your account remains active.)

If your podcast credits are exhausted, you can upgrade to a new plan or switch to an annual plan.
(for example, if you run out of credits on the Monthly Pro Plan, you can upgrade to the Yearly Pro Plan with 6,000 podcast credits or switch to the Monthly Business Plan with 2,000 podcast credits.)

Each year, the selected yearly plan's podcast credits will be added to your account.
(The Yearly Pro Plan provides 6,000 podcast credits, while the Yearly Business Plan provides 24,000 podcast credits.)

Unused podcast credits will carry over to the next year.
(for instance, if you have the Yearly Business Plan with 24,000 credits and use only 12,000 credits, the remaining 12,000 credits will be added to your account for the next year, provided your account remains active.)

If your podcast credits are exhausted, you can upgrade to a new plan or switch to a different yearly plan.
(for example, if you run out of credits on the Yearly Pro Plan, you can upgrade to the Yearly Business Plan with 24,000 podcast credits or switch to another plan that fits your needs.)
